The 2024 Annual Assessment of $400.00, per lot, is due August 1 st , 2024. Invoices will be emailed at the
beginning of July. If you do not receive an email, it means that your account information is not up to
date.
To update your account, or to register your account, please go to Canalcity.org and click on the “Owner”
log in button.
Once logged into your account you will be able to print an invoice, if desired. Property owners have the
option of either paying online or mailing in a check. We do not have the ability to take payment over
the phone.
